Silver Oak Law College, a constituent college of Silver Oak University aims to enable the law aspirants to hone their legal skills along with nurturing them to become socially responsible and lead the future of nation. The programme is purposefully created to instil in the students a thorough comprehension of the legal theories and practices. This programme includes a variety of practical training exercises in its curriculum, including parliamentary debates, legal aid clinics, drafting, and moot court competitions. The curriculum covers a variety of topics, including constitutional law, tort law, jurisprudence and legal theory, criminal procedure code, and civil procedure code. The program's highly qualified instructors and knowledgeable legal resources teach students the foundations of legal education in order to prepare them for careers as practicing attorneys.

LL.B is a 3 years Bachelors’ program in Law spread over 6 semesters and is approved by Bar Council of India

Law Students will be able to:

  • Basics of Law: Apply the knowledge of laws in practice.
  • Analytical Skills: Develop and demonstrate analytical skills to interpret various judgments of domestic and international courts of law and different provisions of law.
  • Application of Law: Find solutions for the various legal and social problems by application of laws and regulations.
  • Research and Development: Conduct independent research on diverse legal topics and questions using knowledge of primary as well as secondary data.
  • Ethics and Values: Apply ethical principles and commit to professional ethics and responsibilities and norms of legal practice.
