Institute of Management at Silver Oak University offers 2 years (4 Semesters) Masters of Business Administration (MBA) for all eligible graduates aspiring for a career in the field of management. On the successful completion of the 2-year programme, the students are awarded Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree.With the University’s expansion and steady growth, Department of Management aims to prepare students for corporate life through contemporary academic rigor, which shall build their competence in various management discipline and to empower them for becoming successful management professionals in the corporate world.

For creating leaders of tomorrow, the department has developed a Unique Choice based Credit System. Students can opt for any specialization out of Finance/Marketing/HR/International business/Operation/Healthcare and IT along with choice of Courses. The pedagogy comprises of Classroom lectures, Industrial visit and Internship, Experimental learning methods, live project work, Case study Analysis, Management quiz, Group discussions, corporate expert interactions and soft skill development. At the end of two years’ programme, the MBA graduates will be well equipped with critical thinking, inter-personal & decision-making skills; adapt and integrate those skills in real life scenarios; develop the aptitude for problem solving along with strategic thought processes and leadership development.

Eligibility:
  • Pass in an Undergraduate (Bachelor) Program of a minimum duration of three (3) years in any stream from a UGC recognized University, with a minimum aggregate of 50 % or an equivalent letter/numerical grade. A relaxation of 5% shall be given to SC/ST candidate. I.e. 45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category.
