B.TECH. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (4 YEARS)

Admission Form
Mechanical Engineering Extra Curricular Activities
  • B. Tech. Mechanical Engineering is a professional program which helps students to understand engineering physics and mathematics principles with materials science to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems and also it encompasses key elements of aerospace, electrical, civil, chemical, industrial engineering and even metallurgy and bio-engineering. This program curriculum focuses on knowledge and experience in engineering design and product design, difference of bygone and emerging manufacturing technology and detailed study of heat energy and its application.
  • This department in Silver Oak University carries out its mission with a focus on the areas of excellence by necessitating involvement with various on field experiences like; Baja SAE, Centre of excellence- Royal Enfield, student chapters like ISHARE and ASHRAE, participating in various innovative challenges of SMART INDIA HACATHON and ASME, enhancing students' knowledge in production technology by using 3D printer, welding stimulator, CNC and VMC. Our education and research agendas are informed by these areas in which we seek to impassion the best undergraduate and graduate students.
  • To inculcate industrial mindset during student life, mechanical engineering aims at establishing an invaluable link between faculties, students and industry personnel by providing internship to students for 1 month to 6 months. Faculties of the mechanical engineering department touch virtually every aspect of modern life, including the human body or a highly complex machine by involving in innovative projects giving out the world more ease and comfort.
  • The breadth of the mechanical engineering discipline provides students a variety of career options to get employed with their creative thinking skills and valuable skills to launch careers with our notable recruiters like Hindustan Coca Cola, Royal Enfield, Ashok Leyland, Torrent Power, Symphony, KEC International, Bosch Rexroth, Harsha Engineers, Maxiss Rubber, Force Motors, Byju's and many more.
