Bachelor of Pharmacy or B.Pharm is a 4 years undergraduate degree course that can be pursued after clearing class 12 board exams. As a pre-requisite for making a career as a pharmacist, it is necessary to have prior knowledge of Science and its related subjects as it deals with the process and methods of drug preparation and medicine dispensing.

Students who cleared the HSC/12th science stream:

(Group A, Group B, Group AB) PASS.
Physics, Chemistry, Biology and/or Mathematics

  • PO1 Knowledge of Pharmacy: Possess knowledge regarding core and elective subjects and gain basic knowledge of Profession which includes Pharmaceutical sciences, Social and administrative sciences, Law and Ethics, Process of manufacturing of medicines and regarding basic principles of pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry, Pharmaceutics including Cosmeticology, Pharmacology , Pharmacognosy, and Pharmaceutical analysis.
  • PO2 Planning abilities: Demonstrate effective planning abilities including time management, resource management, design, develop and implementation of work, organization skills.
  • PO3 Problem based learning: Proper utilization of principle of scientific enquiry, thinking analytically, understand and solve the problem, making decision in daily practice, evaluate the problem and make defensible decision.
  • PO4 Applicability of contemporary appliances: Learn, select and apply appropriate methods and procedure, resources, software, latest instruments, computer applicability along with an understanding of limitation.
